It is a program that focuses on developing and maximizing the skills and tools of baseball and softball players. featuring a team of coaches with extensive experience at all levels of the sport, as well as excellent facilities.

RICARDO PETIT
Extensive experience in the baseball world, as a player (pitcher), coach, scout and agent, combining an intellectual and passionate approach to the evaluation and selection of players, as well as the preparation and training of prospects in order to help them improve their performance.
JAVIER MAGDALENO
University Professional graduated in Computer Engineering. Over 20 years of experience in the Professional baseball field, specifically in the scouting young talent in Latin America. Detail oriented in the effectiveness to achieve the objective and teamwork, capable of maintaing personal relationships.
